Ideal and perfectly comfortable location just next door to the center of Edinburgh and a bus stop and the zoo, could not be better. Cereal and fruit at breakfast. Affable and nice staff of the hotel

Peaceful and comfy location, it was close to a train station. Again, the hotel was at a medium distance from Gala Maybury Casino. In short, the room was well-equipped, had comfortable bed, large bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and had lots of options.

Great location with a bus stop right outside and plenty of parking. Large, spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. The host went above and beyond by providing something to keep our legs dry in the rain. The ensuite bathroom had a nice big shower and a towel warmer that kept the whole bathroom warm.
The beds were uncomfortable and some repairs and touch-ups were needed in the room. The lack of a fan made the room uncomfortably hot, and the TV reception was poor.

Had a really good stay for our next Edinburgh visit and would stay there again. The hotel was located close enough to the 31 bus stop right outside, bus line and supermarket. The breakfast offered cereals and fruit. The personnel was amiable and nice, and the host too.

The location was convenient, just a short drive or bus ride away from the city center. The staff, especially Michele, were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
